Yes! While the primary focus is on learning and portfolio building, we provide monthly stipends based on your performance and contribution. Think of it as earning while you learn.
Stipends are performance-based and vary by role and contribution level. with top performers earning more. This covers basic expenses while you build your career.
Not necessarily! We offer both on-site and remote positions. However, on-site positions in Ogbomoso may have access to more hands-on training and equipment.
We require foundational knowledge in your chosen field. Complete beginners should first take our basic courses, then apply to the talent program once you have the fundamentals.
The standard program runs 6 months + . High performers may be offered full-time positions earlier, while others may extend their learning period based on progress.
Top performers (approximately 30-40%) are offered full-time positions at Great Means Innovations. Others receive certificates, reference letters, and referrals to our partner companies. Everyone leaves with a strong portfolio.
Absolutely! We understand many participants have school or other commitments. The minimum requirement is 10-20 hours per week with flexible scheduling.
Even better! We welcome experienced individuals looking to expand their skills, work on diverse projects, or transition into new tech areas.
No! The program is completely free. You actually GET PAID through our stipend system. We invest in you because we see your potential.
We receive many applications but accept based on potential, not just current skills. Show us your passion, commitment, and willingness to learn, and you have a strong chance.
A functional computer (laptop/desktop) and reliable internet connection are essential. For specific roles (video editing, design), you may need software we can help you access.
Currently, we prioritize Nigerian residents, especially those in Rivers State and surrounding areas. However, highly skilled remote candidates from anywhere may be considered.
